The location of the hotel was great. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. There were lots of great restaurants nearby, particularly Asian cuisine. The kitchen was also useful to have for some quiet meals in for a longer stay. It was very quiet at night despite being on a busy Sydney street, the windows were well insulated and the curtains kept the room very dark for sleeping.

The location was fantastic for us as we were staying for a sporting event being held at the ICC in Darling Harbour, so the location was ideal. My teen kids loved the pool and spa, i liked that we got $10 credit p/day if we chose to forgo housekeeping (as did not need it each day) . Staff were friendly and helpful to us when a fellow traveller fell ill.

The room was ok. A bit skimpy on equipment though. We booked because we wanted to use the kitchen. All you get is two plates, two forks, two knives etc, not really enough to cook with. So I guess it is more for show than to really use to do any actual cooking. Would try somewhere else next time

We were extremely happy with our stay. Our room was upgraded to an appartment upon check in which was a fantastic surprise as we were travelling to Sydney for my husbands birthday. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and modern and the location was good. The parking was a small walk which wasn't terrible although you should be aware of it if you are lugging baggage like we were. We found the short walk up George St to Town Hall very easy and there was a light rail station close enough by that we were also able to make our way to the SCG with ease. All in all would stay again for a similar style weekend away in Sydney.

The staff were fabulous and the service friendly and efficient. The lady who works in the restaurant on Sunday was incredibly hard-working and did an amazing job with a very small number of staff on. The rooms are very comfortable and the shower pressure is amazing 👏 Great location and lovely breakfast. We will return

Fantastic location in the middle of the city / Chinatown but surprisingly quiet. We were on the 6th floor and I heard nothing! The beds were so comfy and and the room and bathroom were huge. I even managed to iron in the bathroom whilst the family were sleeping! Huge shower and great water pressure. Plenty of towels and shampoo & conditioner. Breakfast was good - coffee machine, or barista for $5 plus cereals, toast, fruit, hot breakfast items as well as juice & water taps.

The room was larger than I expected and the kitchenette is really useful. I had to attend an event at ICC Sydney with heavy baggage and it’s just 5minutes away from the hotel with barely any steps. Location is also extremely convenient with Coles that closes at midnight and many eateries nearby, I could even find a hot meal at 11pm.

Location was really good and central, while we could walk to most places there was also alot of public transport options nearby. Staff at reception were really helpful. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and we were able to get towels from reception to use in the pool which saved us from having to dry our own.

Excellent location - walking distance to Darling Harbour, China Town, George Street . Good cafes and restaurants in close walking distance from hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. There is no carparking service at the hotel but the public car park recommended by them is just a block away, no hassle at all. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
